What We Are

About the Lab

The CINTEL AI Robo Lab is a dedicated centre for innovation, research, and skill development in robotics and automation powered by Artificial Intelligence. The lab uses cutting-edge technologies — machine learning, deep learning, and nature-inspired algorithms — to design and develop intelligent, adaptive robotic systems.

The core focus is on creating real-world robotic solutions: autonomous navigation systems, intelligent control architectures, adaptive perception models, and real-time decision-making frameworks. Major thrust areas include autonomous vehicles, industrial robotic arms, humanoid robotics, and adaptive control systems.

Students and researchers work hands-on with advanced platforms including humanoid robots, autonomous rovers, and industrial manipulators. The lab bridges the gap between theory and industry by enabling experiential learning, applied research, and product-oriented development.

With state-of-the-art infrastructure and an interdisciplinary team, the AI Robo Lab aims to evolve into a nationally and globally recognised hub for AI-driven robotics research and innovation.

Complete design and implementation of a humanoid robotic system from hardware to intelligent control software.

EEG-based BCI prosthetic leg with brain signal mapping and ML prediction. Awarded an internal research grant.
